Katie’s parents are former wedding photographers. Of… like 30 years…. Ahem, excuse me? Talk about intimidating! However, they turned out to be some of the most gracious people I ever worked for. It is only natural that their daughter would also possess such charm. And also attract someone of the same mind and spirit. (Dolph!)  To say I completely adored these people, this day, is an understatement. And before you sigh and accuse me of saying that ALL THE TIME… hear me out.  The weather was ah-maz-ing weather (albeit a tad hot for April, but not too hot). The people, as you can guess, also ah-maz-ing. And best of all… Love was in the air. Like, real love. The kind that makes you want to cry it is so good and real and rich and deep and  true. So… without further ado, here is tiny preview of Katie and Dolph’s Primrose Cottage Wedding!


My favorite of Katie is on the left here. Isn’t she simply perfect? Her friends call her the Duchess. I assume it is because she exudes the grace befitting a royal! I do agree, indeed. (insert British accent here) ha!

I am getting a little bloggin’ happy over here with this session I did for my dear friend Katie and her be-u-ti-ful family! Who are all quickly becoming precious to us! (You may recognize her face from our associate’s page) Being a fellow photographer, she was all for finding the light and shooting wherever we ended up. And we ended up in the back lot of an abandoned building. With those weeds that look like flowers. You know the ones. *sigh* Without further ado… here are few favorites!

i think… i can’t really decide, but i thiiiiink this is my favorite.

then again… maybe this is my favorite. or the first one… or…all of them are my favorite. Because they have these precious people in them. Muah!
