Hi there! I am Brandelyn, but feel free to call me Brandy. The first thing you should know about me is that I am jumping up and down (on the inside) that you are considering us to help preserve your memories. That you would take the time to get to know me and our photography studio humbles me and I absolutely can not wait to meet you to return the honor!

Our studio is located in Canton, Georgia, just north of Woodstock on I-575. We are a multi-photographer studio, there are three of us in all. Myself. Holly. and Katie. Be sure to scoot over to the associates page and check them out. I find them pretty awesome and think you will too! In addition to the photographers, there’s Chad, studio manager extraordinaire. He is the one who answers your questions, returns your calls, cashes your checks and so very much more!

So, about me… Oh, where to begin? I am a small-town southern girl, born and raised in Georgia. I’ve never lived anywhere else and I am not sure I ever will. I am, however, definitely open to the possibility! My first love is King Jesus, my wise father and faithful friend. If you find anything in me, anything at all, worthy of your esteem, it is from Him. I am married to my second love. The quintessential total package, he is. If there is another more good, kind, loving, handsome, generous, intelligent, wise (did I say handsome?) man… well, I never met him. Oh, and by the way, he is the studio manager, Chad, I mentioned above! Together, we have two baby girls (Claire and Charlotte) who, to my dismay, are growing so fast! They are 7 and nearly 5 and at the risk of sounding like a Hallmark card… are my heart walking around outside my body.

When I am not shooting, editing and designing for you, I am probably reading. Fiction is my escape but I also adore Francis Chan, John Piper and devouring anything that spurs me on to see and savor Jesus more! Our family attends and serves at Watermarke Church in Canton, Ga. We enjoy fishing, hiking and long walks on the beach. Ok, this is not entirely true, I got on a roll…but, I do like walks on the beach. As long as it is close to the water where the sand is packed down hard. Which reveals something else about me. I exercise because it is good for me. Not really because I enjoy it, but rather because I understand the age old truth that most things worth having are just plain hard. My favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice and as far as music goes, I love my Rita Springer Pandora Station. It plays plenty of Christy Nockels, Kari Jobe, Chris Tomlin and all my favorites!

Photography is my trade, my day job, but it is oh so much more! 8 years ago, what began as a “hmm… I think I can maybe, probably, quite possibly, do this” evolved into more than I ever dreamed it could be. Few things give me more joy than the monumental task of entering into people’s lives to gather all the little glimpses of love and joy I see. So, at the risk of sounding redundant, cliche and like every other photographer in the world… I. REALLY. REALLY. REEEAAALY. LOVE. MY. JOB.
